JOZ-tech Barn cleaning robot
The JOZ-Tech barn cleaning robot is a fully automatic cleaning system for cattle farms. With this system, you can easily programme several cleaning routes in a barn. The animal-friendly JOZ-Tech moves at a speed of roughly 4 metres per minute and scrapes the manure alleys clean, even in the smallest of corners. The robot has no wearing parts and is equipped with two high-capacity batteries. Recharging takes place automatically at a charging bay, which can be located anywhere in the barn.
The JOZ-Tech is suitable for all cubicle barns. Large surfaces and travel distances are no problem at all. The robot can rotate on its own axis and it is thanks to this manoeuvrability that the robot is able to properly clean the narrowest manure alleys and cross-paths.
The fully automatic cleaning system also allows you to programme a variety of cleaning routes. A specific route can be specified for different parts of the day. It is also possible to clean only certain parts of the barn. The robot always follows the right path, by means of transponders in the floor.
The JOZ-Tech contains hardly any wearing parts. As a result, the cleaning system is very easy to maintain and has a low susceptibility to breakdowns. The minimal wear also means that maintenance costs are low. A major advantage of the robot is that undesirable obstacles, such as slurry scrapers and corner units, no longer need to be in the barn. In addition, the robot is equipped with a cow-protection system, which means that it automatically seeks an alternative route if the path is blocked by cows.
