GALAXY STARLINE

FOCUS ON EFFICIENCY

With the Galaxy-Starline, Insentec offers a complete solution for automatic milking and farm management. With Galaxy-Starline you can define the type of management required and choose efficiency, in the same way as Insentec. Using a robot milking system will alter farm management. The increased amount of data which is available more frequent must be used effectively. Using the management program Saturnus© ,Galaxy-Starline immediately converts this data into concrete actions that will relieve the work load on managers.

2-BOX SYSTEM

With a 2-box system the robot arm is available for the following cow after connection. The cost savings for a second stall are considerable. The configuration is extremely flexible. The boxes can be placed parallel and in tandem position.

INNOVATIVE SENSOR TECHNOLOGY

The innovations of the Galaxy-Starline are based on various developments in sensor technology. The milking process and milk quality is monitored on-line. SMART © - Starline Milk Acceptation and Registration Technology- separates abnormal milk using SMART-COLLECT©. SENSE© -SENsor Support Entry- warns managers if a changing udder health status at quarter level is noticed.

OPTIMAL COW COMFORT

The milking system has been designed for optimum comfort for each animal, so they are prepared for the milking process in an entirely natural way. A sound, thorough pre treatment is the basis for complete milking. Adjusting the milking machine to suit the individual needs of each cow and attaching per quarter results in a smooth milking process without harming udder health. After the attachment of teat cups, each cow is post treated before leaving the milking system.
